North

Extensive and consistent clouds over Emilia-Romagna but also over the Alps and pre-Alps and remaining Apennine areas with light rain and local short showers, even thunderstorms from the afternoon when the phenomena may also spill over to the flat areas of Piedmont and tri-Veneto; from dusk, temporary openings are expected to absorb rainfall, except for evening persistence in the Piedmont foothill areas and between the Ligurian east and the Emilian Apennines

Centre

Increasingly wider coverage withfirst showers and local nocturnal thunderstorms on Sardinia, subsequently rapidly extending also towards the peninsular regions, with precipitation which during the daytime will mainly affect Umbria and on the adjacent areas of Tuscany, Marche and Lazio; in the evening general improvement also with large clearings in central-southern Sardinia and Lazio and in a large part of Abruzzo, albeit with the risk of slight persistence of the phenomena between Tuscany and Umbria

South

During the night, widespread and at times compact cloudiness over the Molise and Campania reliefs, quickly moving towards the other regions, where it will be accompanied byscattered rain and local thundershowers; in the afternoon the precipitation will ease in Molise, Campania and central-western Sicily with large and decisive clearings, while the improvement is expected in the evening in the other peninsular regions and on the rest of the island

Minimum values without significant variationsin the north-west, western Lombardy, northern Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, southern Sardinia and Salento Puglia; stationary or slightly decreasing in Calabria and Sicily; rising on the rest of Italy, especially central regions; maximums slightly increasing in the Alps, pre-Alps and related piedmont areas, Liguria and extreme Ionian areas; without significant variations on the rest of the north, the Tuscan coasts and eastern Sardinia; decreasing in the remaining territory, more marked in the southern Tyrrhenian regions
