Rapidly increasing clouds over the Alps and pre-Alps with weak showers and local thunderstorms during the daytime, extending from late morning also to the flat areas; improves from dusk with absorption of the phenomena and large clearings on the plains

Centre

Ample sunshine, albeit with the development of imposing clouds evolving during the day which will affect the Apennine reliefs, the adjacent inland areas and eastern Sardinia, where local short showers will be possible between late morning and early afternoon

South

Prevalence of clear or at most cloudy skies in the afternoon; only in the Adriatic areas some light cumulus clouds expected in the central hours, could give rise to local showers in the afternoon

Temperatures

Minimum temperatures falling in the Alps, pre-Alps and in the south, rising in lower Piedmont and western Liguria, stationary elsewhere; maximums increasing in the central-eastern regions of the north, central regions, major islands, Molise, Gargano Puglia and southern Tyrrhenian peninsular regions, decreasing in the western Alps and the Adriatic coasts of Puglia, stationary in the rest of the country
