Centre

Stable and mostly sunny weather in Sardinia. Widespread cloudiness over Marche, Abruzzo and the remaining Apennine areas with scattered rain and isolated thunderstorms, more frequent close to the mountains in the hottest hours of the day; attenuation of rainfall in the evening with large clearings along the coasts, with the exception of those in the Marche where light rains may linger until the evening. Over the rest of the central regions, clear or slightly cloudy skies

Mostly sunny day in Sicily; increasingly compact clouds close to the mountains with isolated thunderstorms in the hottest hours, possibly encroachment along the coasts of Molise and Puglia. Locally intense thunderstorms expected in the latter region; from the evening phenomena absorbing with clear clearings; clear or slightly cloudy skies in the rest of the south

Temperatures

Minimum temperatures slightly increasing in southern Sardinia, Tyrrhenian Sicily, peninsular Ionian areas, remaining Basilicata, Tuscany, Umbria, upper Lazio and in the Po Valley; slightly decreasing in the Alps; stationary over the rest of the country. Maximums decreasing in the north-east, in central-eastern Lombardy, central regions, western Sardinia, internal areas of Molise, Puglia, Campania and Basilicata; slightly increasing in Salento, Calabria, Tyrrhenian Sicily, Valle d’Aosta, Piedmont and Liguria; without significant changes on the rest of the territory
