Violence against grandchildren, a 42-year-old in prison in Milan

The abuse was confirmed during a protected hearing of the minors with specialized personnel

He repeatedly abused his partner’s five grandchildren from 2018 to today. These are minors between the ages of 7 and 12, of whom he had temporary custody as a uncle by marriage. For this reason, the Police, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Milan, carried out a precautionary custody order in prison against a 42-year-old Italian citizen, held responsible for multiple acts of sexual violence repeated over time.

The abuse was confirmed – the Milan police headquarters puts it in black and white – during a protected hearing of minors with specialized personnel, above all on the basis of the “accurate and painful” account by one of the five minors who, by revealing the details to their parents, brought down the wall of silence.

The investigations by the Sesto San Giovanni police station began on May 3rd when the 42-year-old, accompanied by his trusted lawyer, went to the offices in via Fiume to be interviewed.
