Vincenzo La Regina, new health director of ASL Roma 6, has taken office

The Regina takes over from Roberto Corsi who leaves office due to the natural expiration of his mandate

ROME – Vincenzo La Regina, the new health director of the ASL Roma 6, has taken office. The appointment came from the extraordinary commissioner of the Health company, Francesco Marchitelli. The Queen takes over from Roberto Corsi who leaves office due to the natural expiry of his mandate and received Marchitelli’s thanks for his precious commitment: “I say thank you to Doctor Corsi – declared the extraordinary commissioner – for commitment and dedication and at the same time I wish good work to Doctor La Regina who I am sure will represent a strategic and fundamental value for the growth and change of our company”.


In the appointment decision we read the reasons that led to choosing The Queen to lead theHealth Management of the ASL Roma 6: “On the basis of a careful evaluation of the professional curriculum of Vincenzo La Regina, currently legal representative of an important Aou of the NHS, shows: considerable territorial and hospital experience; impressive management competence gained in multiple areas of strategic management, including the legal representation of the institution; the peculiar possession of two degrees, both in Veterinary Medicine and in Medicine and Surgery; specialization in Hygiene and Preventive Medicine, as well as the demonstrated ability to interact with institutional and non-institutional stakeholders, in contexts characterized by high complexity, achieving the expected objectives and providing service as Legal Representative in two relevant NHS bodies”.


The Queen, former commissioner of the Catanzaro University Hospital Company, is present in the national list of those eligible for appointment as general director of companies and bodies of the National Health Service.
