A procession of pro-Palestine demonstrators attempted to cross the entrance but was stopped by a thick cordon of law enforcement officers in riot gear. Excited phases of discussion between the managers of the Police Headquarters and the organizers, who was joined by Michele Rech, aka Zerocalcare. “Free, free Palestine”; “Free Palestine from the river to the sea”: these were the chants sung by the demonstrators, which were echoed by several people inside the Lingotto, as a sign of support for the initiative.
