ROME – The Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni arrived at the celebration of the 163rd anniversary of the establishment of the Army, taking place at the military racecourse in Rome, on board a military jeep< /strong>. Accompanied by the Minister of Defense, Guido Crosetto and under heavy rain, the Prime Minister paid homage to members of the Army present by standing inside the open car.
CROSETTO: “THE CHALLENGE IS ADAPTING TO CHANGES”
“Today is a precious day. The world has changed and the Army must adapt too. This is the challenge. A difficult challenge but which also concerns the Parliament and the Italian institutions”. Defense Minister Guido Crosetto says so during his speech at the celebrations.
