To animate the debate, a new ‘original’ intervention by Giuli, today at the Venice Biennale, on the occasion of the presentation of the foundation’s magazine that is reborn after 53 years.

After the much talked about programmatic speech “on the global infosphere” and the debate in the Chamber with Matteo Renzi, a new soliloquy from the minister is immediately trending: “When one picks up a magazine, the first thing to do is to grasp its aesthetic and tactile beauty, to smell it naturally. And remember that there is water behind this magazine: otherwise it wouldn’t exist. The human body and everything that is creativity is born in amniotic fluid. This is the amniotic fluid of something that starts again after decades. Just as the human body feeds on water and is a container of water that tends to dehydrate, civilizations that are not aware of themselves and of water dehydrate morally and civilly..:”.

The full speech, which ends with applause from the audience and a tribute to Venice, is on the Facebook page of the Venice Biennale.
