RIMINI – A ‘signature’ fruit salad which symbolizes the union of 10 Italian fruit and vegetable supply chain projects and which demonstrates that “together we can do better and grow” also in representing the value of agri-food products made in Italy. It is the one presented by the agricultural federation Agrocepi at Macfrut in Rimini, and it is the first of the “Nature Recipes” project, promoted precisely by this ‘fruit and vegetable community’, which will be made with strictly Italian products and coming from companies that join the supply chains. The “Sweet and savory fruit salad”, this is the name of the dish, was created by food mentor Marco Bianchi.
“This is a product with the production of individual supply chains, whichis an innovation as it is a sweet and savory product that will be on the markets in the coming weeks and months– explains the < strong>president of Agrocepi Corrado Martinangelo– for us it is an important experience that demonstrates how being together means being stronger and also innovative, because this is a product, among other things, certified by an expert in the subject and which allows us to demonstrate that fruit and vegetables are also health and well-being. Therefore an extra value, in addition to a great economic value”, which proves how “Italian fruit and vegetables can be leaders throughout the world”.
