The clip is actually edited ‘artfully’, with the evidently tendentious aim of emphasizing an alleged senile confusion of Biden, already over eighty.

The full video denies the fake news and clearly shows that, in reality, the chair is there. It is not the first time that Biden has come accused of making gaffes. In this case, it is a question of mere prejudice, or… for those who do not think so, an electoral campaign trip by rivals in the race for the White House.
