VIDEO | Gaza, four Israeli hostages freed. Noa Argamani also became a symbol of October 7th

All four had been abducted at the Supernova rave in the Negev desert in southern Israel

ROME – Israel is celebrating: today some hostages kidnapped by Hamas on 7 October were freed. The special forces of the Israel Defense Force (IDF) have recovered 4 living Israeli hostages in Gaza: Noa Argamani, Shlomi Ziv, Almog Meir Jan and Andrey Kozlov. All four had been abducted at the Supernova rave in the Negev desert in southern Israel.

Argamani herself had become, in spite of herself, the symbol of that 7 October. In a video she appeared being dragged on a motorbike by Hamas terrorists while screaming: “Don’t kill me”. Argamani hugged his father again today and the video is already going around the world. He also received a phone call from Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu: “Not for a minute did we stop thinking about you and we didn’t give up. I don’t know if you believed us but we we didn’t give up.”

According to newspaper reports, Israeli special forces simultaneously raided two Hamas sites in the Nuseirat camp in central Gaza. According to medical sources from the Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir Al-Balah, the raids caused 55 Palestinian victims.
