This was said by Oscar Farinetti, founder of Eataly, on the occasion of the third edition of the Young Innovators Business Forum organized by the National Youth Association Innovators, which took place in Milan.

“The future of the agri-food chain is organic – he underlined – if it were up to me, I would declare all of Italy organic.

We can do it, we are a peninsula inside a closed sea and with good winds. The great initiative that young people must carry forward is the healthy agriculture of the past combined with the most modern technologies. The future is about trying, and to do so you shouldn’t be afraid of making mistakes. I wrote ’10 moves to face the future’: in my opinion they work well, I tested them on young people my age. Because, as we know, youth and old age are not a state of the body, but of the mind”.
