Israeli singer Eden Golan criticizes her country's policies in the conflict with Hamas and the bombings in Gaza

ROME – It had already happened during the rehearsals of the second semi-final, it was repeated in the competition this evening: boos for the Israeli singer Eden Golan at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024. The public evidently expressed dissent for the political choices of the Government of the singer’s country of origin.

The artist finished the performance accompanied by boos from the audience, before quickly leaving the stage to wait to hear the outcome of the televoting. A completely different outcome for Angelina Mango: explosive performance and Malmö Arena in raptures.
