A huge thank you because you have been my strength in recent months or still are.” Thus begins a video message from Ilaria Salis, candidate for the European elections for Avs, under house arrest in Budapest. “I am here in Hungary under house arrest – continues Salis – with the electronic bracelet that I have to keep connected to the electricity for a few hours a day. The trial against me is continuing and I risk 24 years in prison. The battle is not it’s absolutely over, the well has changed shape but I’m still in there.
