MILAN – “The partnership between public and private, this constructive dialogue on the management of public affairs in an efficient manner, on public welfare which sees ever more interest a private individual willing to invest if encouraged, I believe it is important. The Pnrr is a further opportunity to create this strong partnership that will lead to a more modern, fairer, more inclusive country”.
This was said by Riccardo Di Stefano, president of Young Entrepreneurs Confindustria, on the occasion of the third edition of the Young Innovators Business Forum organized by the National Association Young Innovators, which took place in Milan.
“Italy – he added – has some incentive tools for young entrepreneurs, especially those put in place by Invitalia. The truth, however, is that the world of start-ups needs some further incentive interventions: creating an ecosystem in favor of bottom-up innovation is not easy, young entrepreneurs propose an Italian way of innovation which cannot be that of Silicon Valley, but which has peculiarities specific to our country and our industrial supply chains wanted, for example, the lowering of the minimum emission quota for basket bonds, so that young people and new businesses could take advantage of them, thus encouraging the approach to alternative finance, but there are still too many bureaucratic obstacles for the opening a business and it is necessary to encourage the investment and reinvestment of profits in the world of start-ups, also with defined tax policies. A lot can be done, therefore, the world of bottom-up innovation has grown, but we have ample margins improvement”.
