In 2023, 77 crimes committed against minors with disabilities were recorded in the Ministry of the Interior's database

ROME – The Memorandum of Understanding between Cip and Oscad (Observatory for Security against Discriminatory Acts) was signed today at the national headquarters of the Italian Paralympic Committee (CIP), >aimed at collaboration in schools to combat discriminatory phenomena.

The document was signed by Luca Pancalli, president of the Italian Paralympic Committee and Prefect Vittorio Rizzi, deputy general director of the State Police with deputy functions and president of the Oscad.
Thanks to agreement, which will be valid until December 2025, Cip and Oscad will propose the ‘Rights and inclusion against all discrimination!’ project within schools, intended for 9 institutes in the national territory, equally divided between north, center and south.
