BOLOGNA – It could have been a tragedy: yesterday afternoon, in Bari, the ceiling of a classroom in an elementary school in Bari collapsed. The images, filmed in a video broadcast by Tg Norba, are impressive: you can see all the false ceiling panels hanging over the desks. Only a few hours earlier, on the morning of yesterday May 29th, the students who usually sit in that classroom had been removed by decision of the principal Angelo Panebianco. The classroom was then evacuated. In fact, cracks had been noticed on the ceiling and therefore the situation seemed suspicious. But no one could imagine such a collapse. The episode happened at the “Marco Polo” primary school in Palese, in the province of Bari.
