ROME – “Kiev’s choices are Kiev’s choices; we will not send an Italian soldier to Ukraine and the weapons, military instruments sent by Italy are used inside Ukraine”: this is what Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said today. The idea, requested by a journalist in Naples, is the statements of NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on the opportunity to allow Kiev to strike targets on Russian territory with the weapons supplied by the countries of the Atlantic Alliance. “We work for peace,” Tajani said. “We are part of NATO but every decision must be taken in a collegial manner”.
