She had been visited by the pediatrician on call, kept under observation and rehydrated, then discharged. the family then returned to the hospital on Monday afternoon because the situation was not improving, it was around 5pm. During this second visit the little girl underwent new checks, including a second blood gas, a swab and was subjected to hydrating therapy intravenously.
The situation then worsened exponentially while the little girl was in hospital, until she fell. An anesthesiologist and a resuscitator tried to resuscitate and resuscitate for a long time but there was nothing to be done.
