NORTH

Compact clusters on the Alpine border reliefs and in the Po Valley, with scattered showers or thunderstorms, easing from the afternoon; clear or slightly cloudy skies in the rest of the north. From late afternoon, increased clouds over the Alps and pre-Alps with scattered showers or thunderstorms in the latter from the evening

CENTRE

Substantial accumulations on the peninsular sector, with scattered showers or thunderstorms, easing in the evening; clear or slightly cloudy skies over the rest of the center and Sardinia

SOUTH

Scattered cumulus clouds, with associated showers or thunderstorms, of moderate intensity and partially attenuating in the evening

TEMPERATURE

Minimum temperatures decreasing in the centre-north, Molise and northern Campania, increasing in the rest of Campania, Bacilicata, Calabria and Sicily, stationary in the rest of the country; maximums increasing in the north-west and Alpine regions, also decreasing markedly in the rest of the country

VENTS

Moderate to strong mistral on the major islands; northern moderates on the rest of the central-south, with further reinforcements on the southern regions, generally attenuation in the evening with the exception of Calabria; weak of variable direction on the rest of the peninsula.
