BOLOGNA – The accusation of attempted murder remains against his wife Soukaina El Basri, the influencer known on social media as Siu, but Jonathan is free Maldonato. The investigating judge of Biella Francesca Tortora, after the interrogation of the 37-year-old worker, decided in the morning not to validate the arrest. But he also established the ban on approaching his wife and the obligation to sign. It is not known at the moment whether measures will be taken for the daughters – aged 4 and 6 – who are currently with their paternal grandparents. The 30-year-old influencer is still hospitalized in intensive care at the Novara hospital, but her condition appears to have improved and as soon as possible, probably in the next few days, she will be able to be interviewed by the investigators.
During the interrogation Maldonado gave his version of events: that is, his wife would have injured herself with a sharp object and she herself, before the ambulance arrived, would have asked him to support the theory of the accident domestic. And to reinforce this version he would have placed his bloody hand on the furniture.
