The Council of Ministers approved Salvini's 'save home plan'

ROME – The Council of Ministers, which has just ended, approvedthe ‘save-home’ plan. We learn this from Northern League sources. The measure, desired by Minister Salvini, simplifies the regularization of small internal discrepancies and the procedures for certifying the legitimate state of the properties. The declared objective of the measure is to allow us to get out of the impasse that has often been found in real estate sales due to some “formal irregularities” which until now have been very complicated to regularize.

The procedures for installing awnings and some other ‘free’ building interventions are also established, i.e. without the need to ask for authorisation. Among these, the heat pumps and the windows on the terraces.
