After taking part in several theater shows and appearing as a guest star in some television series (‘House of Cards’ ‘Elementary’), David Corenswet landed the role of River Barkley in the Netflix original television series ‘The Politician’ , created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan. In 2020 he joined the cast of the television miniseries ‘Hollywood’, again created by Murphy and Brennan, in the role of Jack Castello, an aspiring actor in post-World War II Hollywood. In 2022 he starred in the films ‘Parallel Lines’ and ‘Pearl’ and in the HBO miniseries ‘We Own This City’.
