Spinelli’s confessions: “I gave money to everyone, Toti promises and doesn’t keep it”

ROME – Aldo Spinelli has spoken. He said “everything”. And everything revealed to the magistrates investigating the corruption of the so-called “Toti system” in Liguria goes from the minutes to the front pages of the newspapers in an instant.
