Preferences: Meloni dominates, Vannacci, Decaro and Salis at full speed

Schlein takes home over 200 thousand votes, Cecilia Strada and Lucia Annunziata also elected

ROME – Giorgia, just the name or with the surname attached, fills the list of preferences. Melons trascina FDI, and brings home more than two million personal votes, spread across all the constituencies. They are his Europeans. The strategy of the Democratic Party is different, claiming a “team” composition of the lists. The arithmetical comparison is impossible (given that many have chosen to run only in some areas), but nevertheless Elly Schlein collects ( data still not definitive) over 200 thousand preferences, between the Center and the Islands. But “her” candidates did the rest: Cecilia Strada, head of the list in the North-West with over 257 thousand preferences, Lucia Annunziata head of the list in the South with more than 237 thousand, Alessandro Zan 165 thousand between the North-West and the North-East .

The “names” stand out, the most media players on both fronts. The centre-left mayors did well: 490 thousand preferences for Antonio Decaro, 198 thousand Giorgio Gori, 92 thousand Dario Nardella, 376 thousand for the president of Emilia-Romagna Stefano Bonaccini. Cecilia Strada also did well in the North West with 255 thousand preferences.

And Vannacci? Salvini’s spearhead general surpasses the psychological threshold of half a million votes. In the North-West he collects around 180 thousand votes, that is his safe. Antonio Tajani, who had also chosen to run everywhere, reached 415 thousand overall preferences, with a peak of over 140 thousand in the South.
