BOLOGNA – Crazy traffic in Bologna, avenues completely blocked and, ultimately, congestion in many areas of the city. Several citizens wondered this morning what had happened. The answer is a protest organized by the unions in front of the Hera headquarters, which is located right on the avenues, in viale Berti Pichat: the blocking of traffic in that part of the avenues, in a cascade, created queues and haywire traffic.

The demonstration was promoted by Filctem and Fp-Cgil, Femca and Fit-Cisl, Falei, Uiltrasporti, Uiltec Uil and Fiadel as part of the interregional strike (Emilia-Romagna, Veneto, Fvg and Marche). The mobilization is to support “the need for the Hera Group, which manages essential public services, to return to playing an industrial, ethical and social, and not financial, role for the well-being of direct and indirect workers and for the managed territory” .
