NAPLES –“Persecutory acts” against some female students of a higher education institution. Exercising them a 65-year-old teacher against whom the carabinieri of the operational section of the Agropoli company, in the province of Salerno, executed an application order of the precautionary measure of“suspension from the exercise of the teaching profession”. The order, explains a note signed by the prosecutor Vincenzo Palumbo, was requested by the prosecutor’s office and issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Vallo della Lucania. The investigations into the teacher were started after the victims’ complaint and allowed the police to “reconstruct the events and collect serious indications of guilt regarding the suspect who allegedly engaged in harassing behaviour, including with sexually motivated phrases, towards their students during teaching activities”.
