ROME – A kiss to a girl in a nightclub in Milan a few days earlier punished with a violent attack carried out with baseball bats, one of which broke due to the violence of the blows. A young 27-year-old Peruvian ended up in hospital with a 10-day prognosis and now with precautionary custody carried out while the leader of his attackers, a 23-year-old Italian of Peruvian origins, with no criminal record, believed to be contiguous to the < strong>gang “Latin King” from Cologno Monzese. The measure was carried out by the Carabinieri of Sesto San Giovanni on the orders of the Court of Monza. The beating dates back to the evening of last January 8, in via Piave di Vimodrone.
The 23-year-old hit the victim with a violent punch in the stomach, making him bend forward, until four other attackers arrived. After the blows, more punches and slaps, until he took possession of the mobile phone. The Monza prosecutor’s office is proceeding with robbery and aggravated assault.
