Matteo Santini confirmed President of the Italian divorce lawyers

The national assembly which took place at the national headquarters of the association in Rome has concluded

ROME – The national assembly of Italian divorce lawyers concluded yesterday and took place at the national headquarters of the association in Rome. The assembly met to deliberate and elect the new board of directors for the two-year period 2024 – 2025). The assembly resolved as follows: President: lawyer prof. Matteo Santini; Vice President: lawyer prof. Alessandro De Belvis; Vice President: Lawyer prof. Alfredo Cirillo; Vice President: Lawyer prof. Gianni Ballarani; Treasurer: lawyer Elisabetta Cruciani; Secretary: Lawyer Lello Spoletini.

“I thank the general assembly for confirming their trust in me for another two years. It is a great attestation of esteem which allows me to continue with the projects I had started and in particular, in the establishment of the first school in Italy specializing in family and juvenile law”. These are the first declarations – reported by the Francesca Romana Nucci press office – of President Matteo Santini who also reiterated the importance of training family lawyers and the need for the drafting of an ethical code intended for divorce lawyers.

ANADI is today one of the most important Italian associations in the field of family law. Together with the family law study centre, it organizes courses, seminars, masters and conferences on family law throughout the national territory. Scientific research, training and updating in the field of family law are the main objectives of the divorce lawyers association. Also this year ANADI has been tasked with organizing the national conference on family law.
