ROME – Luca Argentero arrives in Riccione on Monday 3 June with his theater show ‘Is this the life I dreamed of as a child?‘. And on the occasion of the ‘Fundraising Festival‘, scheduled from 3 to 5 June, the show will contribute to fundraising as an activity to support causes and associations that are committed to others.
The show, directed by Edoardo Leo, brings to the stage the story of some great figures with extraordinary lives who have had a profound impact on society and their respective disciplines, presented both from the human and social, with particular attention to the story of the times in which they lived: Luisin Malabrocca, Walter Bonatti and Alberto Tomba.
Luca Argentero sent his personal video invitation to participate in the show: “Dear friends from Riccione and the surrounding area, a surprise, a small short announcement: on June 3rd I will be at the Palazzo dei Congressi with the show ‘Is this the life I dreamed of as a child?’. Why is this a special announcement? Because the entire proceeds of the evening will be donated to ‘1 Caffè Onlus’. We will collect it and use it, obviously, in the ways you know well, because we tell you about them a little every day.” ‘1 Caffè Onlus‘ is in fact the association that the actor founded and of which he is now vice-president. The association is a digital social reality created to support small-medium Italian non-profit associations through the diffusion of the culture of the gesture of giving and which, since 2011, has helped every year with its own crowdfunding platform 52 solidarity bodies that promote assistance projects for various social causes. Argentero ends his video appeal like this: “I wanted to thank the Fundraising Festival, because I will be there for that too, and the Municipality of Riccione for the support. Please, to access the show, just make a donation. You can find all the information on www.1caffè.org. There is also the possibility of seeing each other first, of spending some time together”.
To participate in the evening event you need to make a donation to “1 Caffè Onlus” directly from the web page https://dona.1caffe. org/initiative/evento (with a donation starting from 15 euros you will be able to access the show) where all the information and the different types of donations to support the organization are contained. During registration, donor data will be collected, useful for accreditations and to grant the tax benefits required by law. Each donation entitles you to the assignment of a single, non-reserved seat and a donation must be made for each single entry; instead, for those who want a reserved seat, the ‘Big donor pass’ donation is available which, with 100 euros, also includes participation in the solidarity aperitif in the company of Luca Argentero and the ‘1 Caffè Onlus’ team >’. On the day of the event, in the Concordia Hall you will need to communicate your name at the entrance (entry allowed from 8pm, show starts at 9pm). To participate in the pre-show aperitif together with Luca Argentero, the public can go to the Palariccione terrace starting from 7.30 pm and give their name at the entrance.
