Italian Cup, tomorrow at the Olimpico in Rome the final between Atalanta and Juventus: here’s where to see it

The match will be broadcast in 180 countries around the world

ROME – All eyes are on the Olimpico in Rome which will host the 77th Italian Cup final between Atalanta and Juventus tomorrow at 9pm.

A MATCH WITH INNOVATIVE SHOTING

In addition to being important as the final act of the tournament, the match will also receive attention for new innovative filming with cinematographic lenses and cameras never used before in a football match. Drones will accompany the fans in the story of the entire event, from the pre-match to the celebrations for winning the trophy. The major television production will see the use of 47 cameras on the field, a record for a match organized in Italy by Lega Serie A.

A great innovation will be brought by the use of the “Referee Cam”, which will allow spectators at home to identify with the referee’s point of view in the pre-match, thanks to the use of a high resolution microcamera, weighing of only 6 grams. An additional “VAR Message” service will also be implemented, which will allow instant messages (for example “VAR Review”) to be sent from the Video Operations Room to the referee’s watch, as already happens for the GOAL/NO GOAL alerts of the GLT system. Throughout the world, the event will be distributed by around 40 broadcasters, for a total of over 180 territories.
