The woman spoke during an initiative – in which Pino Paciolla, Mario’s father, also participated – promoted by the CGIL in the union’s headquarters in via Toledo, in Naples. MARIO DIED ON 15 JULY AT 4 YEARS DOES IN COLOMBIA

On 15 July, four years will have passed since Mario’s death and new initiatives have been organised, in particular a memorial to the aid worker which will be held at 6.30pm in Piazza Municipio, in Naples. “We must all say, with courage: we are not archiving.Mario’s affair is not a family affair, it must concern the whole of society, so that it never happens again“, underlines the aid worker’s mother.< br>The initiative at the CGIL headquarters was also attended by the confederal secretary of CGIL Napoli and Campania Raffaele Paudice, the spokesperson of Amnesty International Napoli Tina Marinari, the spokesperson of Article 21 Campania Désirée Klain, the deputy general secretary of the Fnsi Claudio Silvestri, the cartoonist Mauro Biani, the general secretary of CGIL Napoli and Campania Nicola Ricci, and the CGIL confederal secretary Lara Ghiglione.
