In Bologna, woman raped in Montagnola, 25-year-old Tunisian in prison

The episode, they say the Carabinieri know, it happened at 10.30pm on Saturday in Parco della Montagnola. After the citizen called 112, the soldiers headed to the indicated area and upon their arrival they found the victim, a woman in her forties, “in a state of strong agitation and a boy who understands little the Italian, but only the French and the Arab, who was straightening his trousers, which were dirty with dirt”. To the Carabinieri, the woman reported that she had been raped by the boy who was getting dressed, a 25-year-old Tunisian, unemployed and without a residence permit, identified for the first time in Italy at the Porto Empedocle hotspot in September 2023.

Thanks to the testimonies of the man who called 112 and the victim, the military ascertained that “the alleged perpetrator had approached the woman, sitting on the steps of the park, offering her around thirty euros to have oral sex” . The woman “had accepted the offer and the two had secluded themselves in a dark area”, but at the end of the relationship the 25-year-old had raped her and had also attempted to rob her, failing due to the arrival of the Carabinieri. The victim was taken to the obstetric-gynecological emergency room of the Ospedale Maggiore, while the 25-year-old was taken to prison on the orders of the Prosecutor’s Office, which activated the ‘Code red’.< /p>
