Healthcare, in Lombardy overtime will be paid 50 euros per hour

Health facilities will thus be able to continue planning operational plans to reduce waiting lists and ensure the continuity of healthcare services

MILAN – The payment of additional services in Lombardy for the staff of the healthcare professions in the sector (nurses, radiology technicians, laboratory technicians, etc.) will be 50 euros per hour. This was established by the Lombardy Region and the unions with the common objective of reducing waiting lists. A further objective of the document approved by the two parties is “the homogenization of tariffs in all companies and bodies of the Lombardy socio-health service. Thanks to these guidelines, health facilities will be able to continue programming operational plans to reduce lists waiting period and ensure continuity of healthcare services“.
