NAPLES – Tragedy still without culprit in the Gulf of Naples. Late on Sunday afternoon, a 30-year-old was killed in the waters of Posillipo, near Villa Rosebery, one of the residences of the Presidency of the Republic.

The girl, originally from Pavia, who was in a kayak with her partner – who remained unharmed – was overwhelmed by a boat that did not stop to provide assistance. The impact, which threw the couple from the canoe, would have been fatal.

The alarm was raised by a motorboat. The Coast Guard, alerted, thus rescued the man who was interviewed to obtain useful information for the investigation and recovered the girl’s body. The interrogations of the owners of the marinas also began and the appeal was to come forward if anyone witnessed the scene. The crimes of manslaughter and failure to provide assistance are hypothesized.
