G7, fish dinner for leaders: here is the menu offered by Mattarella

A dinner, or rather 'lunch', as per official protocol, practically based on fish

BARI – Scorpion fish parcels with dried tomatoes and aromatic herbs on diced Barattieri tomatoes and Torre Guaceto fiaschetto tomatoes. Tortelli di gurnard with julienne of smoked bluefish. Snapper fillets with Toritto almonds and Jerusalem artichoke sauce. And to conclude the meal, burrata cream with sweet taralli crumble and the famous Apulian Ferrovia cherries. It is the menu in honor of the Heads of State and Government at the Castello Svevo in Brindisi offered this evening by the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella. The choice of wines, developed by the Quirinale Ceremonial, fell on: Franciacorta ‘Annamaria Clementi’ (Ca’ del Bosco ’15), Fiano (Tenuta Bocca di Lupo), Furia di Calafuria (Masseria Maime), >Moscato di Trani ‘Ecstasy’ (Franco Di Filippo).
