Intense thunderstorms with hail in Ferrara, moving towards the Po river
FERRARA – The Ferrara plain is under attack by strong storms, including hail: the situation in the Estense capital in mid-afternoon is that shown by viral videos of citizens and also taken up by Meteo Emilia Romagna, the Arpae< website /strong> and Regional Civil Protection Agency. Since 4pm this afternoon, May 22nd, intense storms have hit the area between Ferrara, Cocomaro di Focomorto, Francolino, Boara, Formignana and Massa Fiscaglia. The violent storms with hail are moving towards the course of the Po river. Also for tomorrow, in part of the Region, the orange alert for rain and thunderstorms is confirmed.
