BOLOGNA – Fedez will not participate in Alessandro Cattelan’s new program, “From close up nobody is normal”, which debuts on Rai next Monday 20 May on Rai 2. The rapper was expected to be the key guest of the evening, but from what we understandhis participation was cancelled. Consequence, it seems, of the events of the last few days, which have seen the news of his alleged participation in the brawl with Cristiano Iovino spread. The news that Fedez, born Federico Lucia, is under investigation spread yesterday. Today, according to what gossip expert Davide Maggio announced, Rai would have made the decision to cancel Fedez’s guest appearance due to the events of the last few days.

“What stopped the guest – we read on the davidemaggio.it website – would have been the production which would have taken a step back probably in consideration of the rapper’s delicate moment. This autumn Fedez’s guest in Belve had already been cancelled (Rai had not forgiven him for the events of Sanremo 2023) only to be recovered in the spring”.
It is not the first time that Fedez has encountered tensions and controversies linked to his appearances on Rai. It had already happened, for example, when at the May 1st concert of 2021 he read a speech containing political references that had been defined as “inappropriate” by the deputy director of Rai. Fedez, subsequently, made it known that he had not accepted the request to retouch some passages of the speech. She then provoked another wave of controversy last year, during Sanremo 2023, first with the performance in which she tore up the photo of the deputy minister Galeazzo Bignami and then with the kiss to Rosa Chemical in the final evening.
