Eur Spa, Angela Maria Cossellu resigns

ROME – As part of today’s meeting of the Board of Directors of Eur SpA (90% Ministry of Economy and Finance and 10% Roma Capitale), theChief Executive Officer of the Company Angela Maria Cossellu communicated to the President, to the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors that he has resigned. Thus in a Eur Spa press release.
The CEO therefore wanted to thank the Shareholders, the Board of Directors, the Board of Statutory Auditors, the entire corporate structure and, first and foremost, every single employee for the support always shown and the work done.

The President Enrico Gasbarra on behalf of the entire Board of Directors (Councillors Paola Ciannavei, Alberto Mattiacci, Francesco Vaccaro), together with the Board of Statutory Auditors, having acknowledged the resignation, thanked the engineer.
