ROMA – Single Sinner, not yet three, certainly double: in Paris the world number 1 will take the field in singles and also in doubles. He will play in pairs with Lorenzo Musetti, “betraying” his friend and partner Sonego.
With the official registration, the Italian tennis team for the Olympics was therefore defined: 4 Italians in the men’s singles draw, 3 in the women’s singles, 2 couples in the men’s doubles and 2 couples in the women’s doubles. A small share of the 344 Italian athletes (182 men, 162 women) who will compete in 30 disciplines.
The other doubles will be Errani-Paolini, Bolelli-Vavassori, Cocciaretto-Bronzetti. The couples reconstituted for the Olympics protagonists at Roland Garros.
