Sarno Display, a company specialized in the design and production of visual displays for cosmetics, eyewear and jewellery, is officially a Benefit company. The announcement was made by Cristian Paravano, CEO of the Lombard company controlled by the Venetian group Gatto Astucci.


“For over ten years we have integrated economic, social and environmental objectives. By signing this important certification before the notary, we have modified our statute to pursue the common benefit, operating in a responsible, ethical and transparent manner towards of people, communities, territories and the environment, cultural assets and activities” declares Paravano.

The new name of the company led by Paravano is therefore Sarno Display S.r.l. Benefit companies. And it becomes part of a network of 3,619 virtuous companies present in Italy. Not just a label, but “a new social and economic model to share with other companies in Italy and around the world”, specifies the CEO. This is demonstrated by the history of recent years and the concrete actions for environmental sustainability and welfare in the workplace. During 2023, the Carnate company halved its carbon footprint, i.e. the share of greenhouse gas emissions per euro of turnover (which, for the same year, amounts to 16.5 million euros).


These results were presented in Pordenone, during the event ‘Sustainability in horizontal and vertical supply chains’ at the Alto Adriatico Technological Pole. In the meeting, organized by the consultancy firm Strategia&Controllo, Sarno Display was presented by Cristian Paravano himself as a case study in reference to the sustainability of its supply chain. A concrete testimony compared with the professor Marco Fasan of Ca’ Foscari University, with Lucio Dalla Pozza, co-founder and Partner of Anteo Srl and with Michela Ceccotti, CEO of Sultan Srl – Società Benefit.


And furthermore: “You can achieve sustainability without giving up creativity”, adds Cristian Paravano, also announcing the success in the SHOP! competition. Awards 2024 in Paris, the most important in the sector. Sarno Dislpay, with its Marketing team, won first prize in the Plv-Comptoir-Accessories category for the creation of the ‘Display Frankenstein Universal Picture’ project for the prestigious brand of writing articles Elmo & ; Montegrappa S.p.A. The project, which stood out for its creativity and innovation, was inspired by Doctor Frankenstein’s laboratory.
