Collaboration agreement for Alma Mater of Bologna with the American IT giant Hewlett Packard

Objective: to develop innovative and cutting-edge projects in the technological field

BOLOGNA – New collaboration agreement for the Alma Mater of Bologna, this time with the American IT giant Hewlett Packard. The agreement, signed by rector Giovanni Molari and Claudio Bassoli, president and CEO of the multinational in Italy, has the objective of developing innovative and cutting-edge projects in the technological field.

We are talking about “common activities – explains the University – which may be of interest to students and researchers of the Alma Mater thanks to the advanced ICT solutions, technologies and experience of the professionals ” from Hewlett Packard. Collaboration will therefore be started with the company for research projects, also thanks to joint participation in regional, national, European and international tenders and programmes.

For students open days, meetings, internships and initiatives for job placement will be organized, but also “specific paths for obtaining certifications and donations of equipment for teaching laboratories”. Furthermore, scholarships, research grants and doctoral scholarships may be created for the carrying out of “specific research activities and opportunities for the creation and shared access to joint research infrastructures and laboratories”.
