ROME – Inclusivity is one of the fundamental principles of their music for Coldplay. After the backpacks donated to hearing-impaired and deaf spectators to be able to enjoy the music and the simultaneous translators at the concerts, the group reiterates the concept with the video of “feelslikeimfallinginlove”.
Chris Martin and company flew to Athens to shoot it in Herodes Atticus’ 2,000-year-old Odeon theatre. In front of them an audience invited via social media. The direction was entrusted to Ben Mor, already author of the video for “Hymn For The Weekend” with Beyoncé.
The video features the actress, writer and narrator Natasha Ofili (Principal Karen Vaughn in Ryan Murphy’s Netflix series, The Politician), who also wrote the story and the creative direction of the video. Ofili performed the song in American Sign Language, which extends throughout the video.

Also featured in the video are deaf members of the Venezuelan Sign Language (LSV) section of the Coro de Manos Blancas (White Hands Choir) of El Sistema Venezuela, a world-renowned artistic ensemble from Barquisimeto, supported in collaboration with the Dudamel Foundation.
“feelslikeimfallinginlove” is the first single from the tenth album by Coldplay, Moon Music, out October 4th. The album, which will set new standards for sustainability, with each LP made from 100% recycled plastic bottles (nine bottles per record), is already available for pre-order on EcoCD, EcoRecord LP and digital.
But first the wait is all for the concerts in Rome that the group will hold at the Olimpico on 12,13,14,15 and 16 July. Obviously all dates sold out.
