Ciampino, smoke from the baggage compartment on the Crosetto flight, investigations underway

ROME – It was the smoke from the baggage compartment that led to the precautionary landing at Ciampino airport of the aircraft with the Minister of Defense, Guido Crosetto, on board. This is what Dire learned about the emergency that occurred at the end of the flight, which would have ended in Ciampino anyway. The passengers landed normally and were let off as a precaution. Investigations are underway.
