ROME – After the completion of the reverse merger of Tyche Spa into Banca di Credito Peloritano and the consequent ‘birth’ of Tyche Bank Spa , the shareholders’ meeting appointed the Board of Statutory Auditors of the new credit institution.

The accountant and statutory auditor Angelica Ferri Personali was called to the presidency of the Board, in whom the shareholders gave full confidence.

Ferri Personali, former mayor of Unicredit Leasing for nine years and teacher of the Confindustria training schools in financial and tax fieldsis a partner of Studio Alisei of Modenaand holds positions at numerous companies throughout Italy.
