Brazil, sect of the Matriarch: a petition appears. The lawyer who reported everything: it is not an attack on the country, but I defend myself from criminals

The woman at the center of the story is trying everything to transform the case that sees her reported into an international affair between nations

ROME – A petition to the state bodies and to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Brazil to become aware of the accusations from Italy against the Brazilian state. It is the latest bizarre act in the history of the sect of Matriarch, active in the State of Santa Catarina, denounced by the lawyer Nunzio Bevilacqua who counts other Italians among the victims. The woman at the center of the story, as appears from this petition and other documents, is trying everything to transform the case that sees her reported into an international affair between nations.
Thesect of the Matriarch acts using women and children: preordained relationships as traps, pregnancies used to extort money – this is the accusation – with a business that would involve lawyers, doctors, midwives and centers where genetic material is collected for DNA tests (Genomic Engenharia Molecular in the case of Bevilacqua) today under examinations and last but not least black magic rites.

The girl reported by Bevilacqua, Barbara, through her lawyers, brought the case to the attention of Brazilian institutions with a petition. “It is the latest attempt on their part, I would say quite blatant, to try to manipulate reality hoping, in a subtle way, to be able to make fun of Brazil, shifting the focus from a judgment between private individuals to a non-existent ‘dispute between countries’ and thus continue their attempts at extortion against me but, possibly, in a parasitic way against the ‘Brazilian taxpayer’ who also supports them economically”, Bevilacqua told Dire. “There is obviously no attack here on a country that I have always loved. I have invoked, with a view to cooperation between countries, an intervention to ‘check the facts’ – to President Lula from the beginning – to shed light on and justice on this case – he clarified again – the same thing I gave my absolute availability to the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mauro Vieira, whom I have always respected personally, to provide him with all the information in our possession and further documentation for his broader understanding of the problem”.
“My complaint – he further explained – is against a criminal organisation, which seems to be quite well known in the south of Brazil, which profits from children and blackmails many men who are perhaps married, have fallen into a preordained trap, they do not report as they should”.
The investigations conducted in the field, in various states of Brazil, by the criminal lawyer Edson Ribeiro, have led to contesting the DNA test, which would prove , from multiple expert reports, null and absolutely unsuitable to prove anything and which the woman would refuse to repeat and again the ‘House’ where these women would live secluded during pregnancy without contact with the outside world, ‘protected’ until the successful conclusion of the scam given from the beginning of the supposed father’s payments. It is precisely these investigations that would have led the woman to report to the police, among other things with statements that were found to be false, that she was being persecuted by Bevilacqua and her lawyer.

“No stalking but dutiful investigations, among other things duly communicated to the Brazilian Bar Association, on the other hand only slanderous reports in the vain hope of hindering them – the victim of the scam pointed out – faced with the either/or delivered at the time by Barbara: ‘either you pay immediately with an agreement that my lawyer draws up and you come to sign without yours’ – without even being certain that the daughter is yours as it was not never sent any medical document, neither for the pregnancy nor for the birth – ‘or we will report you because you did not help the child, who is your daughter’ because we say so”, he recalled in reviewing the story. The shock reported by Bevilacqua was precisely that of finding himself from the announcement of becoming a father, to intimidation, to the refusal to contact the girl and her family with whom he had a relationship, to the refusal to show him the medical documentation until receiving a packaged contract to give money to the unborn child with related threats if he did not accept. “A well-organised and premeditated scam which resulted in repeated attempts at extortion and some slanderous attributions” things which Bevilacqua, unmarried, was able to denounce.
Meanwhile, there is a hearing date set in Rome : on 24 October 2024 before the investigating judge Elvira Tamburelli. “It is necessary now to shed light on many other aspects of this affair”, he finally said. The scam seems not to be the most serious thing in this dark affair.
