MILAN – “The Manifesto is the mission of our ministry, which with the new name aims to create innovation and new businesses. 96% of our businesses are considered micro-businesses, with fewer than ten employees. In this field we are about to issue the Industry 5.0 implementing decree which also affects the entities that intervened here today”.
Massimo Bitonci, undersecretary of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy, said this, speaking at the ‘Young Innovators Business Forum’, organized in Milan by the Angi-National Association of Young Innovators.
“We foresee – he added – an accompaniment of companies and start-ups with tax credits (for the purchase of machinery, industry 4.0, to reduce company consumption and the production process by 3%). We are working to avoid disputes over these incentive systems which had led many not to apply we have a precise idea about the various innovative sectors, the EU must indicate the objectives leaving member states free to achieve them independently, each according to their own national excellence. What is important is the technological neutrality according to which, once the objectives and parameters have been set, our excellences can freely undertake their own path”.
