The man, with psychiatric problems, had already been under house arrest since February, following the singer’s complaint, but this was not enough to make him stop.

For this reason, on the orders of the investigating judge of Milan who decided to apply a more restrictive measure, the stalker was taken from his home in Mesola (Ferrara) and taken by the carabinieri to the psychiatry department of the hospital Sant’Anna di Cona (Ferrara). The man will be guarded by the penitentiary police while awaiting an evaluation of his mental health.
