This is what Chef Rubio, born Gabriele Rubini, wrote in September 2020 onX on the case of Federico Aldrovandi , who died in Ferrara on 25 September 2005, following a police intervention. And regarding the “4 pigs” he must now answer for the crime of defamation.
The dispute reached Velletri for jurisdiction, where the Autonomous Police Syndicate (Sap) in the person of the general secretaryStefano Paoloni. In detail, the television chef is accused of having commented in September 2020 on the fact that some waste bins had been positioned right in front of the place where Federico Aldrovandi died – whose case recalls and precedes by a few years that ofStefano Cucchi – where there is a commemorative plaque. Today SAP announced that the hearing was held at theCourt of Velletri (Rome) for the trial against Chef Rubio, in which the same union was admitted as a member in October civil party. The General Secretary of the Sap, Stefano Paoloni, who was a civil party with the lawyer Valter Biscotti, was then heard as a witness and confirmed the accusations of the complaint filed at the time, in which Chef Rubio defined ” 4 pigs” belonging to the State Police and the Sap.
