Agreement between Fedez and Iovino, the personal trainer does not sue him

ROME – Fedez and Cristiano Iovino have reached an agreement: the Roman personal trainer has decided not to sue the rapper, regarding the alleged assault which took place between 21 and 22 April last in Milan when a group of men – among them there would also be Fedez – beat Iovino near his home. The news comes from legal sources, as Fabrizio Corona’s Dillinger News site anticipates.

WHAT HAPPENED BETWEEN FEDEZ AND IOVINO

The initial investigations revealed a dispute between Fedez and Iovino in a well-known Milanese nightclub, which ended with the attack reported in the news. Iovino immediately refused transport to hospital and did not collaborate in the investigations. If Iovino does not file a complaint by the end of July – he shouldn’t due to the agreement – the charges of injury and battery against Fedez will automatically be dropped. According to legal sources, however, only the complaint for affray could remain standing.
